Nick has over 16 years’ of investment banking and corporate finance experience with Record Point, JP Morgan and KPMG where he has covered healthcare, media, technology and general industrial companies, advising on a range of public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestment’s and capital raising’s.
Prior to Record Point Nick was an Associate in the General Industries team at JP Morgan, following which he worked as project manager on the successful privatisation of the formerly NSW State owned WSN Environmental Services, which sold to Sita Environmental Solutions in February 2011. Nick commenced his career with KPMG Corporate Finance (M&A), where he worked on a number of company divestment’s, strategic & private equity acquisitions and capital management projects.
