On 20 March 2018, Advent Partners (“Advent”), a leading Australian private equity firm contributed an investment to Tribe Breweries (“Tribe”) to fund the build a state-of-the-art beer production facility in Goulburn to facilitate excess demand from Tribe’s current and potential customers.
Tribe is an independent brand owner and contract manufacturer of carbonated alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, operating under the brands Brewpack, Stockade Brew Co (“Stockade”) and SBC Venues. Tribe holds a strong, established position supplying the premium Australasian (domestic and export) craft beer portfolio.
Tribe’s co-founder and CEO Anton Szpitalak is ready for the next phase of growth with Advent as partners:

Tribe currently has the capacity to make 1 million cartons of beer a year, and will have the capacity to produce c.4 million cartons once the Goulburn site opens later this year.
