On 1st December 2017, Quadrant Private Equity completed its investment in the Timezone Group through a newly established holding company, The Entertainment and Education Group (“TEEG”).
The Timezone Group is one of the world’s largest family entertainment centre businesses, founded in 1978 by Malcom Steinberg and now operating over 200 centres across Australia and South East Asia that service in excess of 8 million customers per year.
