Record Point is inviting applications from penultimate-year students for our Winter Analyst Program based in our Sydney office.

The Winter Analyst Internship Program is a four-week opportunity for aspiring investment bankers. Interns gain exposure to the challenges and rewards of a full-time investment banking role through hands-on experience, structured training, and close interaction with our experienced team.

The program runs between June and July 2026, with flexibility to accommodate university exam timetables and academic commitments.

You will gain real exposure to corporate advisory and investment banking, working alongside senior bankers on live transactions while developing practical skills through structured training and day-to-day deal involvement.

We are looking for students with:

A strong interest in corporate advisory and investment banking

Excellent academic performance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and professional approach
